
Stories and songs provide us with markers of growth and get us through uncertain times. From the story associated with the "Rocky" theme song to the movies that bring us back to times and loved ones past, these powerful elements can be used more intentionally and with greater effect to help reclaim our core identity in uncertain times and set meaningful and healthy "way points" to work toward as we strive to improve our condition and the condition of those around us.
This evenings skills will emphasize the grounding aspects and discernment needed for the healthy "way-finding" often lacking in the "Heroes Stories" of our modern experience. Incorporating "Anchors" and "Way Points" are essential elements in aiding folks navigate through adolescents, whether developmental or induced by injury or neglect.
