Foraging for food, medicine, and utility from the plants, trees, shrubs, vines, and fungi during winter provides a great foundation for the seasonal evolution of year round foraging. Make tasty dishes, effective herbal remedies, and gather fibers from the frozen landscape. The class will consists of brief forays out to gather, followed by processing and preparing the herbs gathered in our wood stove heated apothecary and classroom areas.

Time: Sat. 9am – 5pm.

Limit: 12 Students
